Brew Review – Cloud Catcher by Crooked Can Brewing @crookedcan

I’m starting to really like Mr. McSwagger from Winter Garden’s Crooked Can Brewing Co. He’s the sole image for pretty much every bit of promotion for the brewery. It’s a shame that they aren’t available anywhere near me, but I was able to wrangle a can of one of their newer canned varieties, Cloud Chaser (Hefeweizen, 5.4% ABV).

Classic hefewizen flavor, and Crooked Can is better for it. It’s light and vibrant (I’m going to avoid a cheesy cloud pun here), with a gorgeous, hazy, straw color.

Flavor-wise, it has a lot of big, bright fruit flavors that are drenched in banana, clove, and bright bubble gum qualities. Quite delicious, and infinitely crushable.

And it has McSwagger on a penny farthing roping a cloud. How could you go wrong?

Drink Florida Craft,

Dave
