Brew Review – Easy on the Eyes by Intuition Ale Works @intuitionale

I want to bring up Intuition Ale Works in Jacksonville to let everyone know that, on the whole, Florida is okay after Hurricane Matthew.

You definitely want to keep north Florida in your thoughts, since cities like Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine were hit very hard and have a lot of damage to go through right now. But we will rebound, as we always have.

In the meantime, support the Sunshine State and Drink Florida Beer. For example, Easy On The Eyes (IPA, 4.7% ABV, 55 IBU).

There’s a reason Intuition is held in such in high regard. They’re a fantastic brewer and Easy is a fantastic beer, even for a non-IPA drinker like myself.

Even though the beer is liberally hopped with Centennial and Citra, it’s still a simple to drink brew, very flavorful with a touch of bitterness that isn’t insanely hostile to your taste buds.

It’s big and fruity, with a mildly fruity and biscuity aroma that is quite nice. Add a strong, deep yellow hue, and you have a classic, all-around satisfactory brew.

Hopefully it, and the rest of Northeast Florida, can be back up to normal soon. Stay safe, Jax.

Drink Florida Craft,

Dave
