Brew Review – Shaky Hands by Infinite Ale Works

Do you know how hard it is to take a clear picture of a beer label that was intentionally out of focus?

My poor phone.

Regardless, that’s what I got with Shaky Hands (New England IPA, 6.6% ABV) from Ocala’s Infinite Ale Works.

Look, this is a steady, solid beer. Completely down the line stylistically, from the hazy outlook and light orange color, to the big tangerine, grapefruit, and orange notes in the aroma.

It was liberally dry hopped with Azacca and Citra, and I like to think that the Azacca is where a lot of the soft flavor notes came from.

There’s a beautiful tropical fruit salad hop flavor here, with lime, papaya, grapefruit, orange, even some tangerine. It’s moderately hoppy, but nothing as bold as a standard IPA. It’s nice and juicy, infinitely refreshing, and quite tasty to behold. Literally a picture perfect beer.

Even if it is difficult to get a picture of the beer.

Drink Florida Craft,
